Janaka founded Diyon & Co. in Colombo in 2016 and continues to lead its sourcing at the gem fields of Sri Lanka, hand-selecting every stone that carries our name.

He oversees the group’s growth across our Colombo atelier and Business Bay boutique, setting the standards of ethical sourcing, certification and craftsmanship the house is built on.

Tharuka Wanniarachchige

Co-Owner & Head of Operations

One of Sri Lanka’s best-loved screen actresses and models, Tharuka built her career across teledramas including Hopalu Arana, Iti Mal and Situ Madura, and films such as Maharaja Gemunu and Nihanda Sewanali.

As Head of Operations she brings that same eye for detail to Diyon & Co., leading day-to-day operations, client experience and brand across Colombo and Dubai alongside her husband and co-owner, Janaka.
